Our Story
K-COOK STATION was founded by Andy Ahn with a simple but ambitious vision.
What if authentic Korean food could be served with the speed, convenience, and consistency of modern fast casual dining while maintaining exceptional quality, freshness, and flavor?
At the time, most Korean restaurants in America followed a traditional full service dining model. While the food was often excellent, it was not always convenient for busy families, professionals, students, and guests looking for a quick yet satisfying meal.
Andy Ahn saw an opportunity to bridge that gap.
Drawing inspiration from the efficiency of modern quick service restaurants and the rich culinary traditions of Korea, he spent years refining recipes, developing systems, and carefully selecting menu offerings that could deliver authentic Korean flavors in a fast and approachable format.
The result was K-COOK STATION.
A place where guests can enjoy Korean BBQ, premium kimbap, bibimbap, and other Korean favorites prepared with quality ingredients, bold flavors, and modern convenience.
Today, K-COOK STATION continues to grow with the same founding philosophy.
